set up your Standard Monitor
Step One
You will need:
- Standard Monitor
- Monitor Power Supply Cable
- Display Port to VGA Video Cable (Order through Zones)
Step Two
Place your new monitor where you can comfortably install the cables.
Step Three
Plug the power supply cable into the monitor.
Step Four
Plug the VGA connection on the Display Port to VGA cable into the back of the Standard monitor.
Step Five
Plug the opposite end of the Display Port to VGA cable into the Latitude dock.
Step Six
Plug the opposite end of the power supply cable into a power outlet.
Step Seven
Press the power button to turn on your monitor.
Step Eight
Right-click the desktop and select Screen resolution. Set the resolution for the monitor to the maximum resolution available.
Step Nine
Congratulation! You have installed your Standard Monitor!
